Why in the Douay-Rheims are the psalms different?

I was looking at psalm 139 and I have found that it is totally different from every other English translation I have.

The Psalms are numbered differently in the Douay. Psalm 139 in most translations would be Psalm 138 in the Douay, for instance…
 
All the same Psalms are in there, but their division is different. The DR follows the Septuagint (Greek) method of counting Psalms, while the Hebrew is followed by most modern translations.

In the begining they start the same, and by the end it amends itself to form an even 150 Pslams each
 
Best to use the Holy Bible (Latin Vulgate of St Jerome). The DR would be next best.

The Vulgate as St. Jerome left it no longer exists. Best of all would be to go back to the Septuagint.
 
Best of all would be to read the original first copy of every book that ever became part of the bible.

We don’t have those anymore.

Since we don’t we should listen to the Catholic Church when it states that the Vulgate can be used in all dusputations.
