Doubt about the validity of a blessing

After attending Sunday service, I asked the priest to bless my green scapular. If I had any doubt about the blessing, would it be innapropriate to have it blessed again? And even if I didn’t would it be innappropriate?

Is he a validly ordained Catholic clergyman? Then it’s valid. Not sure why you think it wouldn’t be.
 
What did you see in the priest’s actions that would make you conclude that the blessing wasn’t valid???
 
You are doubting that a priest knows how to bless a scapular. Really?
 
I do not know if there is an established criteria for determining validity of a blessing, like there is for a Sacrament (form, matter, intent). For example, Baptism has a proper form (the words used), matter (water), and intent of the person Baptizing (the intent to Baptize). Confession/Reconciliation has a proper form (I absolve you…), matter (the sins of a penitent) and the intent of the Priest (to absolve).
