Yes! I am from the US and saw the last episode of Season 3 last night. I was already sad because Sybil died and doubly so when Matthew did. I know they were leaving the show but it was hard to see. I can’t wait to see season 4 (we see it Jan-Feb of next year). It’s hard to wait. Call the Midwife is coming again in March though, and there is a new show about a dept store.

I love the Dowager Countess. I took a quiz online about what character are you and I ended up being her.

At my last job I worked with a woman who also loved Downton Abbey and we talked about it all the time.
 
I forgot to mention that a website does a Facebook parody of Downton Abbey which is hilarious. It is at happyplace.com (search for Downton Abbey).

Any idea when season 2 will appear on netflix? I switched to House of Cards, which I’m enjoying more than DA. Certainly more a sign of the current times.

It might not. I think I read somewhere that Amazon got exclusive rights to stream Downtown Abbey and Netflix will cease streaming season 1 by June/July.
