Dreams become real

On January 5th I had a dream about a man I was seeing in the hospital. The man had tubes and other things which impeded for me to see his face. But I knew it was some dear to me because I was there, swing in pain. On January 6th my dad had 6 cardiac arrest episodes and ended up in the ICU of the hospital and I saw him just the way I saw him in my dream.
I’m thinking God was preparing me for this. But I don’t know exactly what it is that God wants from me. Has any one had an experience like this? I’m not asking for non-catholic interpretations… I know that was an act of God. I just don’t know what to make of it.

I think it would be best if you prayed and asked God what he wanted from you.

I doubt he wants anything except for you to continue to love and support your dad, and the dream was probably just to prepare you, as you already said. But, you should really ask God directly, yourself.
