I realized yesterday at Mass that I have never drank the wine. I don’t know why. Is this a sin? I see many pass up the wine. I would like to know so next time I will drink it.

No, it is no sin. When we receive under either species (Body or Blood) we receive all of Christ, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. It is perfectly fine receiving only the Body, that was the Latin tradition for the laity for several hundred years. In many parishes, the laity is only offered the Body. Just make sure you bow or genuflect to the Precious Blood as you pass, just as you do for the Body.
One small correction, once it’s consecrated, it should be referred to as the “Precious Blood” or “Blood”, not wine.
