If you don’t want your money to go to Islamofascists and boycotters of Israel, don’t gamble at the MGM Mirage. And don’t stay at the hotel, either.

Dubai’s Dubai World just bought 20% of the hotel/casino/resort owned by billionaire Kirk Kerkorian, the Financial Times reports.

Unlike Islam, there is no prohibition against gambling in Christianity. As long as you are not depriving your family or others it is not a sin. I personally don’t go to casinos but I do occasionally buy a lottery ticket or play nickle, dime, quater poker with the guys where if you lose $20 in a night you are a big loser. Our parish used to hold bingo every Wednesday night but the river boat casinos put us out of business.
