14th Amendmant.Section1.All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
I want to outline a quick arguement against abortion from the Due Process Clause in the 14th amendmant.
1.The due process of law, ad equal protection of laws, is contigent upon birth of a citizen
2.By denying the birth of a citizen,it logically follows also that the citizen is denied due process of law by the contingent nature of due process, and equal protection of laws, to birth
3.Therefore, abortion is unconstitutional becuase it denies the unborn due process of law and equal protection of laws.
This is a legal argument based on the language of the 14th Amendmant.
