(I can get dismayed by what I see happening in this world of ours.
(I take comfort in knowing that nothing in the universe happens without God either willing or allowing it.)

From the web site “All About Life”:
Dutch Doctors: Euthanasia for babies Okay but not circumcision.
The Royal Dutch Medical Association (KNMG) in its latest position paper tells its members that they must take seriously all requests for euthanasia, even if patients are diagnosed with dementia, mental illness, are having suicidal thoughts, or are “merely tired of living.”
Earlier this month, the KMNG declared that “non-therapeutic circumcision of male minors conflicts with the child’s right to autonomy and physical integrity” and that there is a good case for outlawing circumcision despite its “deep religious, symbolic and cultural feelings”.
This came to my attention after seeing a horrifying piece of news on Facebook:

This is topsy-turvey! Euthanasia for the mentally ill and demented, who might be depressed and not thinking straight, or even for those who are just tired of living? I think there might be a place for euthanasia for people in excruciating physical pain that cannot be relieved by medication or those who are deteriorating due to a chronically incurable illness, realizing this is in opposition to both the Church and Jewish Law. But certainly not for people who are clinically depressed or merely tired of life. And a ban on circumcision even for religious reasons because this procedure constitutes a violation of the infant’s rights? What happened to freedom of religion as well as parental consent? I can’t say I agree with the thinking of Dutch physicians on these issues.

No.** Both** are wrong.

Euthanasia is clearly murder.

Let us systematically ‘dethrone’ doctors from their archetypal position of authority they claim in today’s society - yes? The Physician class does** not** get to dictate who lives and who dies. They are not God no matter how many times they tell us they are.

BTW.
However let me make it perfectly clear that the heinous act of circumcision "doctors" have for ages inflicted on the population for monetary gain is outrageous. I guess they love their wet bar in their new home long before adhering to the Hippocratic Oath.

**There is no reason on earth to mutilate a male child’s genitalia when a class in simple hygiene would suffice. **

 Good Grief!!

Unless you are Jewish.

This is awful. I don’t know how anyone could support cold murder in this way.

That’s why it is very fitting that Pope John Paul II called the modern world we live in a culture of death.
