Does anyone know if one can purchase a DVD of the Solemn Mass that was recently broadcast on EWTN online anywhere?

Also, would it be improper to purchase a set of Gregorian chant CD’s from an SSPX seminary? Is there an alternative option?

And are there sung Masses available on CD from the Kyriale?

Thanks to all for your help.

EWTN does offer a dvd of the Solemn High Mass for $25.Just go to their web site and click on catalog/mutimedia.May the Lord Bless you.Ward:)

ABSOLUTELY NOT! If there is a problem here, somebody needs to tell the FSSP to stop selling the Angelus Missal along side the Baronius Missal at several of their parishes.

By the way, I do not go to an SSPX Church if that helps you.

I purchased my Angelus Press Missal at my FSSP parish I attend every week. I don’t see a problem with it either.

Exactly, thank you for proving my point. I own an Angelus Missal too, though I didn’t get mine through an FSSP parish, I just ordered it online. Some people let their utter disdain for the SSPX get in the way of them purchasing from Angelus Press. They sell some fantastic Missals, books, etc. and stuff that you just can’t find anywhere else. You can most definitely purchase from them.

Thanks, I did not think it would be a problem, but I am still a bit unsure of the relationship between the SSPX and the mainstream Church.

As far as I can tell, in matters of doctrine and worship, they are the ones who have not changed anything in the last 40 years.I can see their side of things reasonably well.

On the other hand, one of our beloved FSSP priests is ex-SSPX and wants nothing to do with them. (long story).

Thanks one and all.
