Hello, I Would like to ask if each “Our Lady” such as: Our Lady of Fatima, Our Lady of Aparecida, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Our Lady of Rosary, Our Lady of Providence…

Each “Our Lady” the church define as one Marian apparition throughout history to people?
And what about Our Lady of Aparecida? It was an apparition of Mary by a Black Doll?

Thank you

Each refers to an apparition of Mary.

I can’t speak to your second question, but the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe is clearly in the appearance of somewhat who has the characteristics of the natives.

We have many images of Mary as a northern European looking woman - she wasn’t - she was Middle Eastern Jewish.

They are titles. Each title is not necessarily an apparition, but in general, as apparitions occur, a new title for Mary will be coined.

Exactly. “Our Lady of the Rosary” was a title bestowed on Mary, but without an apparition (the title was originally “Our Lady of Victory” - in reference to the victory at the battle of Lepanto). The CA magazine archives have information on this - apparently, before the battle, the pope called out for all Christians to pray the rosary.
