Earliest writings on the Immaculate Conception

I am beginning to develop a devotion to Our Lady under her title of Mary Immaculate, and have taken an interest in the Dogma of the Immaculate Conception. I would like to know, what are the earliest writings we have on the Immaculate Conception, what did the early Church Fathers say about Our Lady being Immaculately conceived?

Are there any note worthy classical, or medieval writings or documents that might be considered noteworthy on this subject?
