I was a federal appellate law clerk for the usual clerk term of a year. I also did a lot of criminal defense pro bono in the past, but for various reasons I focus on another practice area to pay the bills.
 
Cardinal Pell is still a Cardinal. The Vatican did not remove his status as it was awaiting results of the High Court Appeal. The Vatican wont remove his status as Cardinal, because his case was quashed (love that word)
