How long is the Easter Dismissal sung or said? The Easter Dismissal is when the priest or deacon says or sings at the end of the mass: "The Mass is ended, go in peace, alleluia, alleluia!’. Instead of the usual one.

From the Roman Missal, Easter Sunday:
“The following dismissal is used during the entire octave:
V. Go in the peace of Christ, allelluia, alleluia.
or
The Mass is ended, go in peace, alleluia, alleluia.
or
**Go in peace to love and serve the Lord, alleluia, alleluia.
**R. Thanks be to God, alleluia, alleluia.”

It doesn’t refer to doing it throughout the season of Easter.
