I was curious…is the Easter Vigil Service of Light related at all to the (Orthodox) Miracle of the Holy Fire, which was shared by the whole Church before the schism?

I’m wondering if the Service of Light was perhaps inspired by it?

It seems that it appeared in Rome in the 12th century, having originated in Ireland with the pagans. History of the Roman Liturgy.
