Eastern Catholic Bishops in USCCB

Do we know the preceding of these conferences? How are our bishops treated by many of the liberal latin bishops in the USCCB? Have the Eastern Bishops ever been able to affect the outcomes of USCCB policy?
 
What I know is the EC Eparchs and Metropolitans are in a separate “region” within the USCCB, and are generally not consulted on matters of Roman Praxis, and generally are left to themselves for matters of EC praxis.

Overall maters of non-liturgical impact are supposedly joint session of all regions, anyway.
 
Same here in Canada. There are things that are for the good of all Catholics which they all jointly tackle, then there are things that are specific to the Roman Church which the Eastern bishops are not a part of.
 
What I know of the matter corresponds with what Aramis already posted.
