I’m going to Greece in March and I was wondering if there are any Byzantine rite churches in Athens and Santorini. I have never been to one before and I am interested.

I’m sure there are dozens. Google “Eastern Catholic churches” in the specific area you are visiting.

If there aren’t any, I think the Church allows you to fulfill your obligation at an Orthodox Divine Liturgy, however you won’t be able to recieve as the Orthodox practice closed communion.

If I were going to Greece, I’d go to the Greek Catholic cathedral. I’d rather support the Greek Catholic community since they are so small compared to the Greek Orthodox.

I’d go to the cathedral that @Vico mentioned. The Greek Catholic community needs the support of fellow Catholics.

It does not. The obligation to go to Mass on holy days of obligation can only be fulfilled by a Eucharist in any rite (Byzantine, Coptic, Rome, etc.) in any [Eastern or Latin] Catholic church. If you are unable to fulfil it with good reason you are not obliged. It cannot be fulfilled with either a non-Eucharistic liturgy or by any liturgy in a non-Catholic Christian church or ecclesial community.

That is the case for Latin Catholics. For Eastern Catholics, the obligation can be fulfilled through attendance at services other than the Divine Liturgy/Mass, such as Vespers or Matins.
