what is the easiest Eastern Catholic liturgy to learn, if one cannot read music.

would it be easier to start a Maronite, or what rite, up, for a new congregation?

what are the strengths and weaknesses of the different groups?

what would be the easiest to learn for someone who already has a degree in theology, with some familiarity with eastern Christianity?
 
What Church and which Liturgy do you have a “familiarity” with? What is the concentration of your theology degree?

The strength and weakness question can be asked regarding each particular Church in separate threads - they cannot adequately be addressed here, let alone delved into.
 
Speaking only from the aspect of musical usage, there are some ritual traditions (especially those of Slavic origin) that make use of polyphony and harmony that would not be completely unfamiliar to the Western ear.

There are others, especially in Levantine and Alexandrian Churches, that will seem very unfamiliar, exotic and non-intuitive.
