What does your Parish do that is effective in spreading the Gospel according to Byzantine traditions? What does your Parish do effectively to bring back lapased members, and to bring in new members as well? Thanks!!
 
There is a program called Generations of Faith. Your parish/eparchy should adopt that if it hasn’t yet.
 
I just looked into that program at little, but the costs is wayyyyyyy out of our reach.

Really? We have small Eparchy and not a lot of funds, and we manage to run the program. You can run the program yourself. I think thats what we do, rather than getting someone from somewhere. Maybe start speaking with them and see how to get it started in your parish with little cost. I’m sure they are well aware that Eastern communities are small and the parishes are not well funded.
