Which jurisdictions are going to be represented at the Walk for Life West Coast this year? I heard St. Basil the Great from Los Gatos went last year.

The rally and walk will take place Saturday, January 21 starting at 12:30 p.m. at the Civic Center Plaza. This year, in a powerful new location and route, the Walk will begin in front of City Hall with a pro-life info fair at 11 a.m. followed by a rally at 12:30 p.m. At 1:30 p.m. the Walk will begin, proceeding down Market Street to Justin Herman Plaza

Both the Syro-Malabar Diocese of the US and Syro-Malankara Exarchate will be present.

Mor Eusebius Thomas will celebrate Holy Qurbono in English according to the Syro-Malankara Tradition as well!

Some of us from Our Lady of Fatima Russian Greek Catholic parish are walking with Fr Anthony and anyone else from St Basil’s.

Both the Syro-Malabar Diocese of the US and Syro-Malankara Exarchate will be present.

Please PM me so we can plan to meet and walk together. Fr. Anthony had plans for prayers before or after when he and I talked last. Weather looks like chilly but not rainy this year.

We’ve been trying to connect with some of the folks from St Philip’s Byzantine, Sacramento as well, since I understand they are coming again.

We’ve been trying to connect with some of the folks from St Philip’s Byzantine, Sacramento as well, since I understand they are coming again.

Many of us are coming again this year. We’ve had difficulty connecting with people in the past (even each other) because most of us have double strollers and multiple children to maneuver through the crowd. It takes all our sanity just to stay together as a family and not lose a child, and makes trying to make it to a particular location at a particular time quite a feat.

Fr. James Lane from St. Anne’s in San Luis Obispo is planning to be there, possibly with some of his parishioners.

Does anybody have any information about the Orthodox priests who sang for Nellie Gray today at the march?

It was beautiful and I wanted to know more about it.

Fr Anthony and I will plan to meet at the corner of Grove and Larkin, around 11:30. That is the corner closest to Civic Center BART. Babochka and her clan with strollers knows of this time and place, too.
