I’m curious I know the Orthodox Church takes a much more serious tone (both Western Catholic Churches, Eastern Catholic, and Orthodox all condemn homosexuality) but I was wondering if the Eastern Catholic Churches had their own interpretations on same-sex attractions like the Orthodox Churches or do the hold to the same doctrines that the Latin Rite Church holds too.

Documents such as the Catechism (Western Church), Ministry to Persons with a Homosexual Inclination:Guidelines for Pastoral Care, Always Our Children.

That’s what the Latin Rite Church says. It says peoples with same-sex attractions have to be celibate from all sexual activity and they have the group Courage to help.

I would imagine the Eastern Catholic Churches being more traditional have their own policies and approach on same-sex attractions? Or do they generally adopt what the Latin Rite Church says?

Just curious.
