5Loaves and smad0142 gave me the idea of starting a thread to share our Eastern Catholic parishes’ websites.

I’m still trying to figure out how to balance the web presence. I am experimenting with hootsuite now and think that’s going to help to keep them all updated. I’d like to talk to other UGCC or Eastern Catholic webmasters out there about pooling our resources. Please add your church or churches you know about so we can support each other!

Boy I gotta stay still for awhile!

Isn’t there already a directory around here someplace?

Ah, well. St. Basil
Yes, ByzCath has an impressive directory. They’re trying to compile all the information on all the Eastern Catholic Churches around the world. I stand in awe of how far they’ve come in their goal! I was thinking of a more intimate sharing among ourselves with the purpose of making connections and support.
All that for one church?
The Lord did say to cast our nets out into the deep and to go forth to all the nations. I’ll go where the people go. But you’ll notice how very much there is still to do with each. 😊 I am experimenting with hootsuite so I can schedule updates for most of them in one location. It’s a work in progress.

I think Parish Facebook pages would be especially nice to know about because they are such a good tool for evangelizing and interacting with other groups and people.

Deep calls to deep! Keep casting those nets!
