Eastern Married Priesthood Formation

I was curious as to how married men and men in relationships with kids and jobs receive their formation. Besides seminary do they have other options? Could they be formed the way permanent deacons are formed? Do they have to have a MDiv or just a masters in theology? If their academic requirements don’t require receiving a MDiv or going to seminary would they receive their training at a local parish? How are bi-ritual married priests formed?
