Well, I discussed this with the RCIA priest and he said he wrote down that my confirmation would have been conditional.
HOWEVER, he was not the one who confirmed me, and the priest who did confirm me could not possibly have known that I needed conditional confirmation since we were all standing around, without our full names, and I had never talked to him before.
