Not sure why you think the acrobatics are necessary: “every true marriage can be uniquely the only one”, except when there are others which also must be true. The idea that marriage is indissoluble, but only in the abstract, reminds me of the abuse of the proliferation of annulments in the CC. It calls into question the very ideas of sacramental Mysteries and grace.
