Eastern Terminology in regards to article on Socialized Medicine

I was reading this article and I wanted to know from eastern catholics if they agree with that premise of the argument and since it’s based on western terminology and encyclicals what terms/concepts would be used when talking about this same problem from a Byzantine or Oriental perspective. (the language of theology that we understand)

Eastern terminology is more mystical and holistic.
