I noticed that it is an SSPX publication. I pray that we will all be reunited soon. Until then, would it be problematic to use this?

No, absolutely not. The actual text was put out in the 1940s and not by the SSPX. A priest at St John Cantius Chicago uses this, and Fr Z has strongly recommended it:

It is suitable for all rites, even the NO.
