Eating between meals during Lent

Hi all,

Are we allowed to drink juice (without pulp) and tea with milk between meals on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday?

Medically, clear liquids are not considered food, at least as far as anesthesia is concerned. Milk is not a clear liquid, apple juice is.
