Ecclesial Latin with audio CD?

Is there a course on ecclesial Latin with audio CD? I hve tried to re-teach myself the Latin I studied in high school but one of those courses with CDs like you see in the bookstore for "modern"languages would be so much more helpful. I found one brief course wtih pronunciation but it required downloading this and that and more computer tricks than I feel capable of doing - some CDs would just be great, since I drive alot…
