Thanks. Still trying to find the document originally referred to. I did find this little gem: Purpose, Scope, and Method of the Dialogue Between the Oriental Orthodox and Roman Catholic Churches , in which this was stated:

That quote is pure modernism. Is it any surprise that the Church is in the condition that it is. The normal structure of the Church has been taken over by the enemies-within.

The only hope is for a Pope to again take controle and put a stop to the madness. But how can he when his authority has been subverted by collegiality?
