I find the ‘into hiding’ by Archbishop Vigano to be a way to suggest that the Church is run by mobsters and he is forced into hiding or else he would be in physical danger. Terribly offensive, but effective way to demonize the current Church leaders.
 
Speculation, assumptions and I prefer facts but to each their own. I guess that is a relative statement.

Even Jesus knew when to duck out of the crowd, away from those in the pharisaic circles who wanted to throw him off the cliff.

Yeah, because the Pharisees were the bad guys. Who’s the bad guy here?
 
Yes, agree it doesn’t look like their is a trust level regarding whomever he is staying away from.
We don’t know who the “bad” guy or guys are but he surly does.
 
It only takes one person to hire someone to harm someone. And we don’t know who that is. Speculation…all is speculation.

And the Church is such a corrupt organization that, if you disagree with any aspect of it, you must go into hiding to protect yourself. What silliness.

The Church is not yet in its fullness. It will be one day at the end of the world. He is not hiding from the Church. He is an ordained minister of the Church. Archbishop Vigano is staying clear of individuals not the Church.

Sure he is. Because there are people so high up in the Church that would have him murdered because the Church is like a crime family. It’s all very silly.
 
Anyway, I don’t think anyone is out to kill him. Just harm his reputation or something like that or even accuse him of something. He wants his distance and so be it.

He doesn’t need to be in hiding to have his reputation harmed. He is in hiding for other reasons.
