EF - Twenty Third Sunday or Last Sunday After Pentecost?

For those familiar with the propers of the EF, can you help me out?

Is tomorrow the twenty-third Sunday after Pentecost or the last Sunday after Pentecost?

Thanks! What happened to the 23rd Sunday?

I was looking at the Lieber Usualis and I saw this, posted in the 23rd Sunday section, which got me all confused:
If this Sunday be the last Sunday after Pentecost, the Mass of the twentyfourth
Sunday is said, p. 1078, instead of the following. The Office of the
twenty-third Sunday is then anticipated in accordance with the rubrics.

It is somewhat confusing (I think we had an extra Sunday before Lent) but the 24th Sunday after Pentecost is the Last Sunday after Pentecost, at least in some of the handmissals. In any case look for the “Exita” in the collect.

Now that I think about it, it’s probably due to the First Sunday being rounded off early. I say rounded because it’s the Sunday closest to the Feast of St. Andrew, Nov 30th, which happens to be Wednesday this year.
