EF vs OF as tools of evangelization

These discussions always seem so Western-centric…people will point to statistics in places like France where EF Mass attendance is on the rise while OF Mass attendance is declining.
Without getting into the typical debates of the intrinsic merits of the two forms…I am curious to know whether there is much of an EF presence in Africa. The African Catholic Church has seen astronomical growth in the decades since Vatican II, and I know that local liturgical inculturation has been a big part of that. If there is an EF presence, is it driven by European/North American missionaries (of say the FSSP or even SSPX), or are there local African priests who celebrate the EF?
I know this forum is very American-centric, so I won’t be surprised if I don’t get much of an answer. Just very curious.

What do you mean American centric?
We take an extra interest in Europe, and similar countries out on the periphery.

Not sure if you’re being sarcastic or serious…
though either way I"m pretty sure forum membership is 90% American and 90% of threads are discussed from a very American perspective (unless completely general theological / historical topics).

Could you please provide some references in regards to Africa - the topic of this thread?

I lived in the Dominican Republic (not Africa - but another example) for a time. My confessor there said that he wasn’t aware of a single licit EF Mass in the entire country. The SSPX has a small presence.
Every reference I’ve seen is Western-centric. I would be fascinated to see hard evidence that the EF is growing in Africa and that local African priests are celebrating it regularly.
