Egypt team from kneeling to Allah to sinning.

The reason I posted that is because those players were kneeling towards Allah whenever they scored a goal, and in the same night they brought those hookers to their rooms, they suppose to be Muslims and adultery is a sin in Islam.

Beside no one ever expected them to be defeated 3-0 by USA (USA defeated 3-1 by Italy and 3-0 by Brazil), Egypt had the chance to qualify for the semifinal even if they had been defeated 2-0 by USA in the worst case scenario, but is seems God doesn’t want them to qualify and USA won 3-0, now could that be because they sinned in the same night when God gave them the victory over Italy 1-0 instead of praying and thanking Him!!!..

What! you don’t believe the God can interact with our life (even if it was a sport game) to make us happy or sad!

I personally believe that…
No…that’s not it. I do sometimes think the way you think, but sometimes it’s difficult to admit that it’s kind of hilarious as well to believe that God can have such humorous side or even cynical tendency upon human’s weakness…

And I also wonder sometimes when they’re two groups of same affiliation of religions come to have a match, they all pray hard to the same God to have their team win, what would God think? Not to mention if they’re from the different affiliation of religions?

Since God is wise and have long term view of things around us, then I think he would teach us by allowing one team to win over the other one, I think the Egyptian incident above is a good example but here is another one, one week back Saudi Arabia played with North Korea for a place in the word cup 2010, and that match played here in Saudi Arabia, believe me everyone I came through he expected Saudi Arabia to win, every news source, every soccer analyst on all TV stations, every one said “Saudi Arabia will defeat North Korea” AND none of them said “By God’s will we will defeat North Korea” OR “May God help us defeat North Korea”.

But at the end they didn’t beat North Korea, and it was a big shock for them after the match because North Korea qualified instead of them, now…did God have different lesson for them… did God punish them because of their racial discrimination… did God push them because they put their will instead of God’s one…

And the same thing I think will apply if they were from the same religion.

:)I saw many times the same thing in cricket. When Pakistan win a match or any player makes a century(100+ runs in one match),then they also do the same thing. It is really irritating. They should know that God never help people in sports;).

OP seems to think otherwise:
