Rebecca, the actions of Mormons is their personal issue and problem; however, we do not need to imitate their actions or errors. We are called to stand in Truth and act accordingly. There is no need to mis-state their story.
What did I mis-state?

I am, exactly, standing in Truth. Thanks for you concern.

Peace.

See above; I noted it clearly and there is no need to pound it into the ground. Attempting to deflect is senseless and unnecessary.

JeanMichael…I thought the cover said “Pearl of Great Price”, an older version…but when I went back to the store 2 weeks later after contacting the LDS in SLC, it was pulled.

However, invalidating 2,000 years of Christianity has the same result along with ideas and events that did not happen within Judeo Christianity.

The issue is authenticity, the Truth.

Posters here have already brought forward some pretty negative comments from Mormonism in its beginning years…when the faith is pure…and fervor high…and great conversions…

Odd, I didn’t see anything clearly noted.

I have a diversion for you, that is most likely unnecessary, but not senseless.

“I was the shadow of the waxwing slain
By the false azure in the windowpane;
I was the smudge of the ashen fluff – and I
Lived on, flew on, in the reflected sky.”

For some reason, I think this describes you. 🙂

Peace.

Our calling is to proclaim what is true and allow the Holy Spirit to handle the rest.
That’s what we are doing – proclaming the truth! The One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, which alone possesses all the Truth revealed through Christ to his Apostles, is under attack by Mormons and others, and we must defend her.
