Does someone know where I can find a copy of the ELCA Rite of Baptism? I’ve had no luck online.

Specifically, the requirements for Godparents, the requirements for parents (do they have to take lessons as in the Catholic Church?).

Does all of that depend on the Church?

I would suggest contacting an ELCA pastor. If you can’t find one in your town, try www.ELCA.org as they have a church finder program.
