Update: They did the cat scan and nothing looked bad with the colon or small bowel but they found two other issues … he has a spot on his kidney and a node on his spine … we need to follow up with two more doctors about these findings … he most likely needs an MRI of the kidneys and an MRI of the spine … he is still getting a colonoscopy next Thursday to figure out why he has the swelling of the abdomen.
