1000’s of miles or way or not, if you are genuinely concerned/convinced that your friend might go through with this, try contacting the authorities where your friend lives. Have them check on them.I would if I wasn’t a thousand miles away

I second contacting his family and if need be emergency services. Many countries also have suicide hotlines that can be called if someone needs another person to talk to.
