EMHC/Lector training guides

Any recommendations for training guides for Lectors and EMHCs? I’ve seen the one from Liturgical Publications, and it’s pretty good, but wanted to see if there were others that were superior.

Why not check with other local parishes to see what works for them.

Isn’t the job of training Lectors the purvue of the Diocese? Why not start with your Diocesan office of Liturgy? Also, the USCCB has a good website with many resources. Every Lector and EM ought to have a copy of the GIRM.
