A thread in this folder was closed which lead to a thread in another folder being opened and that had a statement (in one of the posts) about reception being important, so, Traditionalists, should you not be able to go to your TLM Mass (you’re on a business trip or vacation or something) and those of us who cannot always attend a TLM for whatever reason and it’s more practical to attend a OF Mass, do you receive from a EMHC? Do you make it a point to go to the line where the priest is, do you make a political statement (line up for the Eucharist then step out when it’s your turn in front of the EMHC), or do you just suck it up and accept the Host with a sense of awe & humilty?
 
EMHC’s did not exist in the pre-Vatican II church. They don’t exist in the EF today. It has nothing to do with Traditional Catholicism.
