Regarding the “Real Presence” - talk to your Paster. He will have to remove the EMHC from service completely.
Also that person is a heretic by definition in the CCC 2nd Ed.

If that does not work, send an email to your Bishop, along with the names, dates, details.
It also helps to quote the CCC.
Send an email copy to the Pope.

Trust me, I know what needs to be done. But the first step is finding out her name. I can have her removed from the list easier than having the Pastor talk with her first. He isn’t one for confrontation.

Having EMHCs is not a sacrelige.

Then what is?

. Some of the people that are EMHCs and their mentality and the way that they do the ministry is sacreligious!

I can’t personally do away with EMHCs. I can however become one. This takes away the opportunity for someone else who MAY handle the Blessed Sacrament with dishonor.

That’s commendable but how can you know that your methods are infallible? Just how much theological training have you had to know exactly what profanity and sacrilege is and what isn’t? Aren’t you simply becoming a EMHC because you think you know better than the other EMHC? Is this all a contest in your mind? Nothing personal. Just asking.

in this case its better to quote Canon Law or other more authoritative Church documents
the CCC is a teaching tool and while its based on every doctrine, dogma and document of the Church, it doesn’t have all the specifics with regards to rules and laws of the Church

since its the priest who determines the need for EMHCs, the priest has the responsibility that those he introduces to this ministry must be carefully trained and must have the proper belief in the Eucharist before receiving the Rite of Commission

i know that sadly not every priest is good at this. perhaps we should remind them that they bear this responsibility which comes with comissioning EMHCs
