This recent women retreat was very eye opening
I used to run away from the truth in fear. That weekend God revealed alot to me now I am just really scared and I do not know what to do. I must change my strong bad habits because they are dominating my life. I just need to hear I am going to be ok

Now that your eyes have truly been opened after the retreat, you may find it easier to change your habits. The important thing to remember is that if you fail, that you don’t stop trying. You go to confession and try again. May God bless you and guide you, CRATUS.

Small steps. Small steps…

And know that your progress to rid yourself of bad habits will be a process of replacing them with good habits. God is on your side and will grant the graces you need to move forward on His schedule.

Small steps. And give thanks in all things.

Oh, and maybe you could ask a friend to support you – an “accountability buddy.”

God bless you!

👍

So, CRATUS, real growth is painful. But it’s real. The popular notions going around these days of, ‘everything is awesome’ or ‘just don’t hurt anyone else’, there’s so many of them, too many list. These sorts of notion’s neglect a person’s deepest interior, their soul. Your greatest reward is not going to be found here on earth. You will be fine, but know that the path to heaven is rocky, steep and overgrown with thorns.

Ask our Lady and Jesus for the graces to change bad habits … without grace it is extremely difficult … but with the graces that come through our Lady and our Lord we can move mountains.
