Encyclical by Pope Leo XIII on modesty?

I was told that Pope Leo XIII wrote an encyclical on modesty, which provided rules about how low a girl’s neckline can be, how short her sleeves can be, etc, but I can’t find this anywhere when I Google around or check the Vatican website. I even read one on virginity and modesty from Pope Pius XII, but it didn’t contain any rules. Just wondering if this is an urban legend or if there really is one. There were some documents issued by various popes, and bishops, about the general requirements for modesty in dress. Sorry there’s no encyclical that I know of

Here’s a list of all of Pope Leo XIII’s encyclicals. Possibly it was a letter or speech, but I found nothing on modesty.
