Wasn’t the buzz on EWTN that the pope’s first encyclical was supposed to be out on Dec 8?

Did the announcement on seminaries and homosexuals ruin the moment?
 
I have read on another cathoic news site that it was signed in the first week of december but will be released the first week of January 06 - the pope thinks that there is enough for us to absorb with advent & christmas - the encyclical will come after that
