what stage are we at now with the seven seals?

i mean how many seals have been broken, does one think!!

i notice catholism stays away from the subject of christs return…and yes i know what jesus said that no one shall know, that answer!

i read somewere that satan will have his rule on this earth and then god will come and sort satan out;)

does that mean that satan will influnce in the catholic church one day??…i hope not,

but there was a lot of bad things that did happen with evil preists in the catholic church universally!!..well i know it was maybe 5% of preists…dont hang me on that guess:rolleyes:

and not to mention this generation we live in… is well, lets put it this way “NOT HOLY ENOUGH” …compared to the last few previous generations, were people were more honourable and lived out gods ways most of the time…well from what i have know anyways!!

just wondering what people think:shrug:

maybe we are near the end…how much more paitence does god have with people!!..😉

god bless,
kevin

My guestimate is that, yes, we are nearing the end… Which is actually very good news… As long as you are Christian, that is 🙂

Jesus said that the gates of hell will not prevail against the Church. If you believe what Jesus said, you don’t need to worrry, although you may not like what happens in the world and the Church. Satan has had his influence in the Church since it’s foundation, reading the epistles of St. Paul and some of the rest of the NT will clue you in on that. Immorality was present in the early Church, and people were martyred wholesale for the faith. Yet hell has not prevailed.

It is foolish to spend too much time worrying about such things that you can do nothing about. Stay away from idle speculation and unauthorized interpretations of Sacred Scripture and focus instead on building up the Kingdom today and bringing people to Christ. That is your job and the job of every Christian.

Catholicism does not stay away from the subject of Christ’s return–far from it, it proclaims it at every Mass in the memorial acclamation. You hear it every time you go to Mass. Pay attention to the prayers of the Mass. It is a foundational doctrine of our faith. We do not, however, encourage idle speculation and fanciful and unauthorized interpretations of Scripture which take the focus off Jesus Christ and our salvation and instead focus on fear and terror and the works of Satan. We already know Satan is defeated and Christ is victorious. We rejoice in the fact that Christ will return and look forward to it. That is really the essence of the book of Revelation.
