All created things are good[BIBLEDRB]1 Timothy 4:4[/BIBLEDRB], so they have God as their ultimate end, right? What happens to created things at the end of time, when the world ends? Do they become God, who is the Beginning and End, the Α and Ω, do they cease to exist, or both? Thanks

And all evil things are nothing.

St. Peter Damian; Doctor of the Church; De Divina Omnipotenta.

Geremia:

I conceptualize, and I believe this to be parallel to the Church’s view, that we die. Then, at the end of time (end of all motion whatsoever; the final state of entropy) we are reunited with our bodies. They are perfected so we will look like our best abstraction (I hope!). Then, I have no idea.

Don’t forget, not everyone will be there. I hope to be there after my purgatory time. Please introduce yourself to me.

God bless,
jd
