I only got 15 right on my first pass. But that’s without studying for it. 🙂

Too late to come up with that excuse now. You’ve just lost your chance to drink decent beer and watch England lose at cricket. 🙂

Malta, for choice. They acquitted themselves admirably in WWII, by my reading.

I’ll be in touch.

i failed at 58%. i was doing really well until the last half. several i got wrong because i changed my mind from my first choice. i have to admit some were guesses!

Sort of, but not really. The English Pubs lack the costumes and the over the top attempt to be ethnic.

Though we do have an Irish pub in Philly where the bartenders are actually immigrants from Ireland. 🙂

It got 21 out of 24! But that’s because a few years ago I entertained with the thought of wanting to move to the UK permanently.

Jesus was a better Preacher than Michael Curry for sure.
Respectfully opinion only. I was not stating that >>>>Bishop Michael Curry<< was a better preacher then Jesus >>lol 🙂>>>

All thou it is written Jesus telling us>>>You can do greater things then I>>interesting is it not?

But >>>Bishop Michael Curry>>>>his inspiring, beautiful homily Sermon, was about the whole gospel teaching, preaching, of what Jesus taught on.

Jesus’s>>> Will and Desire was for us all to >>know thyself and strive to become >>within each one of us>>>> the fullness of > >> Love<<< would this not be true? 🙂

Greatly enjoyed >> Bishop Michael Curry Sermon which was about >>> The Fire of Love 💗 🔥

The Episcopal Church is in communion with the CofE. Both churches are provinces of the Anglican Communion.

As they should. Before the American Revolution, all Episcopalians were members of the Church of England. Its the exact same tradition, just separate national churches. The American bishops share the same lines of succession as the Anglican bishops in England and Scotland.

Yes. I have been present when members of the Royal Family were in attendance. It was an honor. Perhaps when the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex return to the US, they will be greeted by Bishop Curry. We’re all family now.

I don’t think they were separate national churches. They were the CoE in the colonies. They were under the CoE bishop of London. No bishops resident in the colonies, which is why they were required either depend on visiting CoE bishops, or go to England for episcopal functions, such as confirmation.

I was speaking of the situation today. They are separate national churches. Of course, during colonial times, the colonies were part of the British Empire and the Church of England operated under the laws of England and the relevant colonial laws.
