NOt realy but it will do. Is it legal to sell coupons? I never herd of it. You usto be able to go to the store and in the corner was a place where they had coupons to go shoping with and in the laundry mats they would be there also for free. I never herd of selling that stuff, but today they will sell any thing i guess. I can’t imagine it to be legal.

It’s legal so long as the price is a fee for the service of clipping and gathering coupons, not a price set for the coupons themselves.
