I could multiply the examples. We Catholics have the great gift of the Eucharist where the true personal relationship with Christ is to be found. We become ONE with Christ in the heavenly liturgy. We approach the Throne of the Lamb when we approach the altar. Heaven and Earth become one in spirit. As you know, there are those who deny this great gift, but we must defend it. The Eucharist is the consumation of the worhsip of the church. As it is written,For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife, and they shall be two in one flesh.This is a great sacrament; but I speak in Christ and in the church. Christ came down from His Father in heaven and left His mother on earth and built His church on Peter. He now clings to the Church which is His wife and becomes one flesh with it. We have such a great sacrement which puts us into one flesh with the Bridegroom who becomes one with the Bride. Praise God always for this gift! Amen and Blessings to all!
