Sorry, that is not correct. If you go to a wedding on Saturday 4pm and it has a full Mass, you would have fulfilled your Sunday Obligation. A Mass is a Mass. There is a misconception that you have to attend a Mass with a certain reading meant for that Sunday or Holiday. But Canon Law states that you can fulfill your obligation in any Catholic Liturgy. Even the OF and EF would have different readings on most Sundays. Now go to Byzantine, Chaldean, Coptic, Syriac, etc., and you’d get different Gospels again.Oh, sorry, I should have pointed out something. “Saturday evening Mass” does NOT fulfill Sunday obligation. It is only the VIGIL Mass on Saturday afternoon/evening that fulfills the Sunday obligation.
So if by some odd chance your parish has a 4:00 Mass that is not the Vigil (for example it’s the Mass of that day), and they have the Vigil at another time (5:30 is popular), you would not be able to go to the 4 pm Mass ONLY and fulfill your weekly obligation.
Now all off that is to clarify about the Vigil. You STILL may feel free and are free to go to Communion at whichever Mass you go to on Saturday, and again to a TLM Mass on Sunday.
