Does anyone know if its acceptable to receive the Eucharist on the tongue, while genuflecting (right knee to the floor)?
 
I think (and others can correct me if my thinking is off-base) that you can’t be denied Communion in that position, though a profound bow before receiving is more standard.

Receiving on the tongue is the norm for our parish, though a few take in the hands.
 
When I was young everyone in our church recieved while kneeling at the communion rail, I would think as long as the position was one of appropriate respect, it would be fine.

I go to a Latin Mass wher kneeling and receiving is the norm. It is permissible to do so at Novus Ordo Masses, just extremely rare. When I attend a NO Mass I usually stand and receive it on the tongue.
 
It should be fine as long as it doesn’t…er…interrupt the flow of traffic. If your action causes your brother to stumble, you should probably stick to a sincere bow.

Have you asked your priest?
